The concert of world famous Azerbaijani pianist and vocalist, Aziza Mustafazade, will take place in Istanbul in the International Salon of Congress named after Lutfi Kirdar on February 23rd, a Trend Special Correspondent in Ankara, reports. Local commentators call her Princess of Jazz. Aziza Mustafazade received the prize Thelonious Monk in Washington when she was just 17 years old.
At present, Turkish lovers of jazz have had an opportunity to get familiarized with her works from 9 albums. Mustafazade's final album entitled Contrast is of widely popular amongst Turkish listeners.
