The Chairman of the Collegium of Advocates of Azerbaijan, Farhad Najafov, informed Trend that examinations will take place on March 4 on entrance to the Colegium of Advocates. The examination will bring together 432 candidates.
Najafov said that this figure is very low indicator as comprised to the demand for advocates.
The examinations will comprise of two stages. The participants who collect 50 points during the written exam will pass the second oral exam to the Specialty Commission of Collegium. The Commission will comprise of 5 advocates, 3 judges and 3 scientists.
The first examinations on entrance to the Colegium of Advocates had take place in 2005 and presently the Colegium of Advocates has 541 members.
