Four multi-apartment residential buildings will be built with assistance of Turkmen Şirin ay company in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz city, Trend reports with reference to “Zolotoy Vek” (Golden Age) newspaper.
The new buildings are designed for 136 apartments and will be built in the central part of the city on the basis of the developer's equity participation.
The territory adjacent to the houses will be landscaped. In particular, a children's playground, a place for family celebrations and a parking lot will be built.
The country actively attracts the private sector for the construction of houses, and the involvement of the private sector has led to an increase in the rate of housing construction in the city of Dashoguz, said the report.
As many as 2,500 buildings were constructed in Turkmenistan in 1H2020.
Fourteen large objects and residential building, with a total area of 509,000 square meters, were constructed in 1H2020. The total cost of the construction exceeded $37 billion.
Currently, the construction of the administrative center of the Akhal region continues, where it is planned to open offices of the Board of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, branches of Turkmenistan, Daıhanbank, Halkbank, and Senagat state commercial banks, of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and other organizations.
