Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / Bank of Baku and the Asian Bank of Development (ABD) signed a credit agreement on 5 October, the ABD representative in Baku reported.
ABD directors Council approved issuing of credit line for Bank of Baku in amount of $6mln, some $4mln is in foreign currency and $2mln in the national currency.
For the first time the international finance organization opens credit line in Azerbaijan.
The first tranche is planning to implement shortly.
Credits will be directed for expand of client base of the Bank of Baku.
