Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 May / Trend / The Baku Metro has liquidated the tender issued on 3 April due to the absence of quorum, the Company said on 14 May.
The tender was issued on establishment of the integral network in order to secure the high-speed, reliable and uninterrupted transfer of information on the movement of the trains and improve the technical equipment of the Metro by means of fiber optic cable.
The contractor was supposed to develop, supply and install the system, and also to carry out its starting procedures and adjustment required later on.
The participants of the tender were supposed to submit an appeal on participation and other documents not late than 12 May. The tender proposals and bank guarantee were to be accepted till 13 May and to be disclosed on 14 May.
