Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 October /TrendCapita corr. U.Ismayilova /In September, price of 10 sq m in the land market in Baku increased by 0.4% to $25,100, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported.
The most expensive land plot was sold in the Narimanov District of Baku for $425,000 and cheaper in the Absheron District of Baku for $400 per 10 square metres, the public organization 'Participants of real estate', reported.
The considerable increase in land prices was observed in Surakhani District (by 6.3%) and considerable drop in prices - in Nizami District (by 4.5%), compared to previous months.
