In 2010 KazMunaiGaz intends to implement several projects to create a service infrastructure in the village of Bautino of Kazakh Mangistau region, KazMunaiGaz chairman Kairgeldy Kabyldin told Trend .
"The first project in Bautino is a plant for repair of small vessels, with a capacity of 6-8 vessels at the same time," Kabyldin said.
According to his information, the cost of the project is $15 million. Construction will be completed in March 2010.
"A plant producing drilling fluids will be built in Bautino. Small and medium businesses will be involved there," KMG head said. The plant's capacity is 52,000 tons of cubic meters of solutions per year. Project cost is $ 15 million. The construction will be completed by late 2010.
Kabyldin said there are plans to construct a steel plant at a production site with capacity of 12,000 tons per year in Bautino. The project will cost $38.4 million.
