Grape-processing enterprises to be constructed in Azerbaijan

The tender commission of the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES) chose two investment projects to establish small and medium grape-processing enterprises, NFES Executive Director Shirzad Abdullayev said.
The commission declared Goycay Konyak and Sultan-O the winners of the tender. The each project costs 3 million manat; 2 million manat will be financed through the NFES.
One venture will be constructed in Goychay and the other in Shabran (formerly Deveci).
The investment competition required an investment project to create a grape-processing plant meeting modern standards and outfitted with contemporary technology.
The Azerbaijan Investment Company or its subsidiaries may also finance the investment projects on the basis of an agreement between the parties.
