The State Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection Service under the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry opened a case against a manufacturer of soft drinks Golden Graal in connection with violation of antitrust laws, the ministry reported.
"After considering the case in connection with violations of the requirements of the Article 9 of the Law on Unfair Competition, the service applied financial sanctions in the amount of 9,900 manat against manufacturer Rauf Novruzov," the report says.
