Temza Sigorta Qrupu British-Azerbaijani Insurance Company prepares to raise the authorised capital from the current 0.9 million manat to 2 two million manat, Samir Mustafayev, Chairman of the Board, said.
"We will raise capital by at least 2 million manat ourselves, Mustafayev said.
He said that it is planned to do it through possible changes in the staff of shareholders of the company.
