The regular sitting of Azerbaijani Tariff (Price) Council has been held on Wednesday, this agency reported on its official website.
The issue of regulation of tariffs for cadastral services rendered by the Centre on cadastre of real estate and technical inventory, which is subdued to State Committee on property issues, has been considered at the sitting.
Thus, under the "regulations on composition and administration of uniform state cadastre of real estate in Azerbaijan Republic", which were approved by Azerbaijani President's decree dated July, 27, the composition and administration of the mentioned cadastre has been assigned directly to the Centre on cadastre of real estate and technical inventory.
At the sitting of Azerbaijani Tariff (Price) Council new tariffs on eight various services which are to be rendered by the Centre have been approved. The basic sums of these tariffs vary from 1 to 100 Azerbaijani manat. Among these services only the submission of raster and vector information about real estate to the CIS (geographical informational system) database was provided for the population. The tariff for this service has been established on the level of 1,50 manat.
The tariffs approved are to come into force from November 12.
