The Georgian government is selling a rail welding plant in Tbilisi, the Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry told Trend. The state share of 100 percent will be put up for auction.
The facility is located on Kakheti Impasse No. 21. Its authorized capital amounts to 2.191 million lari.
The initial price is 3.3 million lari. The plant has a credit debt of 94, 130 lari and accounts receivable at 96,83o lari.
The electronic auction will be held at 5 p.m. on Aug. 31 .
