All purchases of subsoil users in the oil and gas industry are planned to be converted into electronic format in Kazakhstan, executive secretary of the Oil and Gas Ministry Kanatbek Safinov said in Astana today.
"The government made a decision that all purchases of subsoil users, especially in the oil and gas sector will be transferred into an electronic format," he said at a forum of oil and gas companies.
He said that electronic platforms will create transparent conditions and provide domestic producers with new orders.
