A draft law 'On shared construction of residential houses and other real estate facilities' was considered and adopted during the next meeting of the Majlis (Parliament) of Turkmenistan of the fourth convocation, an official Turkmen source said on Monday.
This legislative act regulates social relations in this sphere by attracting funds of physical and legal entities for the shared construction of the above mentioned facilities, as well as setting the guarantees of protection of rights and legal interests of the parties to the contract on the shared participation in housing construction.
'Adoption of this legislative act will contribute to further development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the country, ensuring employment of the population that eventually will serve to progressive and dynamic growth of the national economy', the report says.
