Revenue from Azerbaijan's population increased by 7.4 per cent and reached 22 billion manat in January-August 2013 compared to the same period last year, the State Statistics Committee said today.
According to the report, income per capita in Azerbaijan reached 2376.2 manat per year, or 297 manat per month. The income growth per capita amounted to six per cent.
During the reporting period, around 68.7 per cent of revenues were directed for final consumption, 9.1 per cent - payment of taxes, social insurance contributions and membership fees with a 20.6 per cent - increase of savings and capital.
The population's revenue hit 20.03 billion manat increasing by 7.5 per cent compared to the same period last year.
The official exchange rate is 0,7845 AZN/USD on Sept. 16.
