Bulgaria to establish economic, trade co-op with Uzbek enterprises

Bulgaria is ready to establish mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation with Uzbek entrepreneurs in the light of the ongoing reforms in the country, Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Trade said citing Chairman of the Bulgaria-Uzbekistan Friendship Group in the People's Assembly of Bulgaria Adlen Shukri Shevked.
The Bulgarian official made the statement during a meeting in the Uzbek ministry.
The parties discussed current state and prospects for development of bilateral trade and economic relations and intensification of interaction between business circles of the two countries.
The Bulgarian side showed great interest to the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at liberalization of foreign trade and simplification of tax and customs procedures.
During the talks, the parties also discussed the forthcoming meeting of the Uzbek-Bulgarian intergovernmental commission, as well as holding joint business forums and a cooperation exchange in the B2B format.
