Investments worth 2.1 billion manats were made in January-March 2019 from all financial sources in the development of economy and social sphere in Baku, which is 1.7 percent less than in the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to a report by the Baku City Statistics Department.
According to the report, 70.7 percent of funds were allocated for construction and installation work.
According to the report, in January-March 2019, 67.8 percent of the work was done in construction, reconstruction and expansion, with 7.8 percent thereof done in overhaul, 4.7 percent in current repair works and 19.7 percent in other construction work.
According to the report, 86.3 percent of the total construction work was carried out by non-state construction enterprises.
