Azerbaijan’s non-oil exports amounted to $162.8 million in October 2020, which is 1.7 percent more compared to October 2019, Trend reports citing the monthly Export Review.
From January through October 2020, Azerbaijan's non-oil exports amounted to $1.4 billion.
According to the report, the volume of exports in the non-oil sector of the country decreased by 10 percent year on year and amounted to $1.4 billion.
Non-oil products worth $550.6 million were exported to Russia, to Turkey - $285.5 million, to Switzerland - $176 million, to Georgia - $109.1 million, and to China - $34.7 million, said the report.
“At the same time, non-oil exports to Russia increased by 3.1 percent, to Switzerland - by 19.1 percent in annual terms. Exports of non-oil products to Turkey decreased by 12 percent, to Georgia - by 17 percent, and to China - by 0.8 percent,” the report said.
In June 2020, most of the Azerbaijani products were exported to Russia ($64.7 million), Turkey ($33.5 million), Switzerland ($10.7 million), Georgia ($9.5 million), and the US ($5.4 million).
The country's total exports in the first 10 months of this year amounted to $12.2 billion.
