Azeri-Georgian business-forum to be held on August 17

The Azerbaijani-Georgian business-forum will be held on August 17 in Batumi. The business-forum is organized within Azerbaijani-Georgian interstate commission, Trend reports with reference to the press-release of Azerbaijani Fund for Export and Investment Support (AFBES).

The business-forum is expected to be attended by businessmen of and senior officials of the two countries. Azerbaijan will be presented by heads of about

15 companies functioning in the spheres of agriculture, transport, construction, finance and other sectors. Bilateral talks are expected to be held between the business people of the two countries with in the forum.

The economic relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia are developing dynamically. I think that this business-forum will help the expansion of the cooperation, the chairman of the Supervisory Board of AFBES Chingiz Asadullaiyev said.

Georgia offers to expand the cooperation in several spheres and this proposal corresponds to the goals of AFBES. I am sure that within the forum, the Georgian businessmen will once again believe the healthy and transparent investment climate, investment support director of AFBES Anar Guliyev told.
