According to calculations by the Analytical Department of the BSE, International Transaction Systems headed in December 2006 was ranked the leading broker with brokerage services in the total amount of AZN 48,239 mln provided to 1 client in the government securities market (excluding repo operations market), Trend reports citing the statement by the Baku Stock Exchange.
The second leading broker was Standard Capital with brokerage services of AZN 40,504 mln provided to 3 clients, which is AZN 7,734mln less than the figure of International Transaction Systems. Texnika Capital Management held the third place in ranking of brokers with AZN 36,638 mln.
In December precedence in ranking of brokers grew compared to the past month. So, in November the leading amount of brokerage services provided totaled AZN 33,158mln. Furthermore, the number of brokers in the market in December did not change in comparison with November вЂ" 7 brokers.
