Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The placement of ordinary registered stocks of Mughanbank OJSC began on June 12th, 2007 at BSE.
The volume of the issue is AZN 2,000,000, face value per stock AZN 200. According to the issued prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Tekhnika Capital Management LLC will be the underwriter on the placement of stocks.
