Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 January / Trend / The operation of a catalytic cracking rig at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery Plant can be restored on 20 February, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) said on 24 Jnauary.
"Before that date the rig will be launched in test regime," SOCAR said.
The Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery Plant has terminated the operation of a catalytic cracking rig, which produces high-octane petrol and liquefied gas on 18 January.
Operations at the rig has been terminated for a short period for repair during which time a new modern device will be installed so as to increase the rig's efficiency.
Reserves of the petrol and liquefied gas have enabled the repair and installation of a new rig to be carried out, SOCAR said.
