JSC Intergas Central Asia increases gas transportation by 11 percent

In the first half of 2010, total amount of gas transportation via pipelines of JSC Intergas Central Asia hit 51,683 billion cubic meters, the Company said.

In the first half of 2010, total amount of gas transportation via pipelines of JSC Intergas Central Asia hit 51,683 billion cubic meters, the Company said.

"In the first half of 2010, total amount of gas transportation via pipelines of JSC Intergas Central Asia amounted to 51.683 billion cubic meters, including the amount of internal transport was - 4.647 billion cubic meters, international gas transit - 41.234 billion cubic meters, amount of gas transport for export - 5.801 billion cubic meters," the message says.

Compared to the same period of 2009 the total amount hit 111 percent. Plan for 2010 is forecasted at $ 94 billion cubic meters, as in 2009.

"In the first half of 2010, Intergas Central Asia JSC's capital investments at the expense of its own funds hit 9654,9 million tenge ($ 1 - 147, 7), including the production - 8 525,7 million tenge. Compared to the same period of 2009 the growth amounted to 4 070.6 million tenge, or 72 percent," press release says.

According to Company, in 2010 the amount of capital investments at the expense of own funds of JSC Intergas Central Asia, are forecasted at the amount of 40,112, 3 million tenge.

JSC Intergas Central Asia was established in June 1997. The basic directions of activity of "Intergas Central Asia" JSC are operation and maintenance of the system of main gas pipelines and realization of the transport of natural gas for the internal users, and also for the international transit. The company is a member of the group of companies JSC "KazTransGaz (a subsidiary of KazMunaiGas").
