The representative office of the Kazakh Taraz oil refining company was registered in Azerbaijan, as a 'single window' on the official website of the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry said.
The official representative of the company is Rizvan Guliyev and the Kazakh Republic is the founder of Taraz oil refining. The office was registered at the Ministry of Taxes on November 15.
