On Oct. 28, 2019, an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the Azerbaijani insurance company Gunay Insurance will be held, Trend reports referring to the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan (FIMSA).
The agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the company includes the issue of reorganization of its audit committee. The meeting will begin at 10:00 (GMT +4) Oct. 28, 2019.
In January-July this year, Gunay Insurance collected insurance premiums worth 3.526 million manats, which is 0.8 percent of the total amount of premiums in the Azerbaijani market. The company’s insurance payments amounted to 1.037 million manats.
Gunay Insurance has been operating in Azerbaijan since September 1992. The authorized capital of the insurance company is 7.7 million manats. The company provides services for 19 types of voluntary insurance and four types of compulsory insurance.
