Uzbekistan’s Central Bank reveals country's foreign exchange reserve

Uzbekistan’s Central Bank has announced the volume of gold and foreign exchange reserves, Trend reports with reference to the Central Bank.
Gold and foreign exchange reserves on October 1 amounted to $27, 421.8 billion.
According to the Central Bank, the methodology for calculating foreign exchange reserves is carried out in accordance with the standards of the International Monetary Fund. Gold and foreign exchange reserves consist of foreign currency assets and monetary gold bullion.
In addition, in order to effectively manage the Central Bank, separate accounting of both gross and net foreign exchange reserves is maintained.
