BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 17. The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will host an auction on the placement of long-term bonds of the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan for a total of 20 million manat ($11.77 million) on March 29, Trend reports citing the BSE.
Bonds of 100 manat ($58.8) with a circulation period of 2,548 days and a yield of 6 percent will be put up for auction.
Interest payment dates are set for August 9, 2022, February 7, 2023, August 8, 2023, February 6, 2024, August 6, 2024, February 4, 2025, August 5, 2025, February 3, 2026, August 4, 2026, February 2, 2027, August 3, 2027, February 1, 2028, August 1, 2028, January 30, 2029.
The principal payment deadline is January 30, 2029.
The placement underwriter is Pasha Capital Investment Company JSC.
