Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 November / Trend / Azercell Telecom, the hugest mobile communication operator of Azerbaijan, and operator Nuevatel from Bolivia put into operation international roaming communication service. This is the first roaming agreement with the Bolivian mobile operator, the company said.
On 14 November Azercell Telecom, which possesses 3.5mln subscribers, signed 360 contracts on roaming with operators from 145 countries of the world.
