Azerbaijani IT company Neuron Technologies is preparing to implement a number of education and telecommunications projects in Afghanistan, the company’s head Ismayil Alakbarov told Trend.
Alakbarov said the company’s representative office in Afghanistan will supervise the work on the planned projects, and the opening of the office will be discussed during an upcoming visit to Kabul.
The visit to Afghanistan is scheduled for late January-early February, he added.
The company’s Kabul office will also conduct work to expand activities of Neuron Technologies in the Middle East region.
Earlier, Alakbarov said preliminary meetings on the planned visit to Afghanistan were held with the Afghan ambassador to Azerbaijan in October 2017.
The Afghan side invited Neuron Technologies to participate in the projects on digital transformation in the spheres of education, agriculture, internet business and others.
