The Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technologies Ministry establishes a helpline (493-86-85, 498-19-31, 498-23-37, and 498-25-17). It was set for analysis of appeals and requests of the population on increase of quality of trunk and international communications, telecasting, postal and telegraphs services.
The helpline will function from 10 to 31 March from 9-00am to 18-00pm, except weekends.
On 4 April telephone calls will be accepted by Ali Abbasov, the Communications and Information Technologies Minister.
