The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan has received applications from two companies within the tender for selection of the consulting company for the creation of a special economic zone for the development of high technologies, Trend reports quoting the same Ministry.
There are many companies desiring to participate in the tender, but at the moment only two international companies have put forward their proposals, stated by the same source.
The proposals will be accepted until July 31.
The winner of the tender will have to hold the analysis of the sector of high technologies in Azerbaijan, define the expediency of creating special zone of high technologies in the country and analyze positive and negative aspects of creating this structure. All works should be realized within 4 months.
The tender proposals will be opened on August 1.
