Number of Azercell Telecom JV subscribers has exceeded 2mln to date,Trend reports quoting Halim Atesh, president of Azercell, who was taking part at opening of new customer care center in Baku.
In 2006 the company is going to invest $95mln in IT-technologies development, mainly in new technologies implementation and subscribes number increase.
By the end of the year number of subscribers will exceed 2.2mln, said Mr Atesh.
The company also aims at implementing 3G-communication technology, in respect to which Azercell already addressed the ministry of Communication and IT of Azerbaijan.
