Large International Satellite Organizations Take Interests in Azerbaijani Satellite Project

"Although our project has not attracted claims from anyone, we have three months, during which all appeals will have been formed and later submitted to the International Union of Electron Communications," Abdullayev noted.
ITU has adopted Azerbaijan's proposals and distributed them internationally.
Abdullayev stated that the actual work will take between 3 to 7 years and the launching of the satellite will also take a similar period of time.
The financial source of the project which is estimated at $80-100mln is still to be defined.
