The Turkmen Ministry of Communications has announced an international tender for the expansion of the external internet channel.
All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- send a bid, indicating the bidder’s full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- obtain a package of tender documents;
The tender documents must be sent in two envelopes (commercial and technical offers).

Bids will be accepted until Feb. 23, 2018, 17:00 (GMT+5).
