Turkey's National Education Ministry has announced an open tender for the construction of an educational institution in Hakkari province within 400 days after the announcement of the tender results.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on Oct. 23, 2019.
