Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) has announced the tender for civil liability insurance of aircraft, airport owners and air traffic control structures.
The tender will be held on three lots and the tender participation fee is 1,000 manat ($588).
Lot 1: purchase of civil liability insurance for aircraft belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines company, airport owners and air traffic control structures.
Bidders are offered to submit the bids on the abovementioned lot in a written form in two sealed, signed envelopes in the Azerbaijani language in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On public procurement".
Applicants must take into account all taxes and duties, transport costs to the place of destination.
Bidders must have the necessary financial and technical capabilities to fulfill the contract.
Applicants with potential opportunities can receive a collection of main conditions for the lot to the below-mentioned address after transferring payment for participation in the amount of 1,000 manat ($588) to the customer's account.

The tender participation fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Applicants must submit the following documents to participate in the tender:
- request in a written form;
- certificate of the applicant's experience in carrying out similar work;
- bank document confirming the payment of the tender participation fee;
- certificate from the bank about the financial condition of the applicant for the last year;
- a copy of the applicant's financial statements for the last year, approved by the tax structures;
- A certificate from the relevant tax structure on the absence of overdue obligations on taxes and other obligatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as on the failure of the taxpayer to fulfill the obligations established by the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the last year (except for the period of suspension of activity);
- a document confirming that the applicant belongs to the representatives of micro, small, medium and big businesses;
- copies of documents reflecting the full name and legal status of the applicant (charter, certificate of state registration or extract from the register, taxpayer identification number, etc.), as well as bank details;
- a document confirming the authority of the person authorized to sign the tender proposal and the purchase agreement;
- the validity period of the tender proposal (must be valid for at least 30 banking days from the date of opening the envelopes);
- a bank guarantee in the amount of one percent of the value of the tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 (thirty) banking days after the term of the tender proposal).
To participate in the tender, applicants must submit the abovementioned documents (except for the tender offer and bank guarantee) till 15:00 (GMT+4) on June 8, 2021, and the tender offer and bank guarantee - until 15:00 (GMT+4) on June 17, 2021.
The envelopes with the bidders' bids will be opened at 11:30 (GM+4) on June 18, 2021.
The envelopes sent after the indicated deadline will be returned unopened.
An authorized representative of the applicant may participate in the envelope opening procedure.
