Kazakhstan’s Eurasian Bank to increase capital

Kazakhstan’s Eurasian Bank will increase its capital by 6 billion tenges, the bank said in a message March 15.

The bank’s stated capital will increase to 57.1 billion tenges as a result.

Regulatory capital will exceeded 103.9 billion tenges.

Total number of placed ordinary shares of the bank will increase to 918,471 with the price of each share being 6,532 tenges.

The last increase of 15 billion tenges in the Eurasian Bank’s capital happened in September 2016.

Eurasian Bank, founded in 1994, is a universal commercial bank offering products and services to clients in all segments. It covers all regions of Kazakhstan and has a subsidiary in Moscow with branches in Novosibirsk and Omsk, Russia.
