(www.cihannews.com) - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will leave for Tbilisi on Wednesday to attend the signing ceremony of an agreement for Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project.
The framework agreement for construction of a railway, which will connect Turkey , Georgia and Azerbaijan, will be signed on Feb. 7 in the Georgian capital.
Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili will also take part in the signing ceremony.
Construction of the Kars-Tbilisi-Baku railway, which will connect the railway network systems of Turkey , Georgia and Azerbaijan , will begin in June and is expected to be completed in two years.
