The functioning of 9 currency exchange offices has been stopped in Iran because they didn’t comply with rules of the Central Bank of Iran related to purchase and sale of foreign currencies.
The licenses of two currency exchange offices have been terminated, ISNA news agency reported.
According to the report, 7 more currency exchange offices have been suspended for the period of 1-3 months because they didn’t comply with relevant laws and rules, the Central Bank of Iran said in a statement.
