Azersu announces tender for installation of water purification devices
Azersu OJSC has announced a tender for the design and installation of water purification devices in three Azerbaijani cities.
The tender was announced as part of the project entitled “National water supply and sanitation program in six districts of Azerbaijan,” which is carried out jointly with the Islamic Development Bank.
All those interested to participate in the tender should prepare proposals for the design and installation of water purification devices of different capacity in Gadabay, Gazakh and Tartar.
Tender participation fee is 500 Azerbaijani manats or $300.

Int’l oil concern extends tender in Turkmenistan
The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmen Oil State Concern and Mitro International Limited, extended the tender for rendering oilfield services by the units made by Slickline company.
The consortium operates as part of the production sharing agreement on the Khazar contract area (Eastern Cheleken field) in the Balkan district of Turkmenistan.
The bids should be submitted within 40 days from the date of publishing the announcement.
The tender participation fee is $250.

Uzbekistan’s Uzbekneftegaz eyes to undergo re-branding
Uzbekistan’s Uzbekneftegaz and the Republican Council of Trade Union of Oil, Gas and Geology Workers have announced an open contest for the creation of a new logo and slogan for the company.
Companies and agencies as well as private persons can take part in the contest.
The logos and slogans will be evaluated according to such criteria as creativity and innovation, reflection of the philosophy, mission and values of the company, the depth and brevity of the idea, as well as adaptability to various carriers.
The slogan should be adapted to three languages – Uzbek, Russian and English.
The commission will select 50 best projects and will hold an open contest among the finalists. The winner will receive Chevrolet Spark car as a prize.
The projects are accepted until July 21. The results of the contest will be announced until August 25, and the winner will be awarded August 30.
