Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili signed an order on Nov. 21 appointing Ivane Machavariani the presidential foreign policy adviser.
It should be noted that Ivane Machavariani is the brother of the acting secretary general of the oppositional United National Movement party, Mikhail Machavariani.
