The head of the General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces Major-General Vakhtang Kapanadze met with the military attaches accredited in the country and NATO representatives.
He presented the report-2014 to the diplomats and information about the conducted and ongoing reforms.

Kapanadze highlighted several important aspects. The participation of Georgian soldiers in the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan, opening of NATO Training Center in Georgia, the implementation of Georgia's package obtained at the Wales summit, military education and exercises are among them, the Georgian Defense Ministry told Trend Jan. 27.

Kapanadze thanked the guests for their support and cooperation and expressed the hope for closer relations.

The regional security and strategic cooperation with neighboring countries were also discussed.

Then the meeting continued in the form of questions and answers.

Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Brigadier General Vladimir Chachibaya and colonels Roman Jokhadze and Giorgi Kbiltsetshlashvili also attended the meeting.
