Iran filed a lawsuit at the International Court of Justice in connection with Russia's refusal to supply the anti-aircraft missile systems S-300 to Iran.
"We think that legally the supply of S-300 is not included in the UN Security Council resolution. We sent a complaint, so that the court's decision has helped Russia to carry out these supplies and that Russia had a legal trump card," Iranian Ambassador to Russia Reza Mahmoud-Reza Sajjadi said at a news conference in Moscow, Interfax reported.
