( ForUm ) - On Thursday at 9.30 a.m. the Constitutional Court of Ukraine proceeds consideration of the case concerning the legality of the President's decree "On early dissolution of the VRU" of April 2, 2007.
Volodymyr Shapoval the President's representative in the CCU is expected to continue answer questions of the sides representatives in the court proceeding.
The CCU decided to work every day until the decision is made.
According to the law on the CC, the urgent cases should be considered within a month.
