As many as 182 tourists from Turkmenistan visited Turkey in April 2020, which is 99.18 percent less compared to the same month of 2019, Turkey’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism told Trend.
The share of Turkmen citizens in the total number of foreigners who visited Turkey in April 2020 reached 0.75 percent.
From January through April 2020, 37,637 tourists from Turkmenistan visited Turkey, which is 56.84 percent less compared to the same period of 2019.
The share of Turkmen citizens in the total number of foreigners who visited Turkey from January through April 2020 reached 0.88 percent.
In April 2020, 24,238 million tourists visited Turkey, which is 99.26 percent less compared to April 2019.
From January through April 2020, over 4.3 million tourists visited Turkey, which is 51.20 percent less compared to the same period of 2019.
