An electoral campaign for the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan to be held on Nov. 1 is being conducted well, Mazahir Panahov, the chairman of Central Election Commission (CEC), said at a press conference at the CEC Information Center Oct. 21.
He was commenting on the poor electoral campaign.
He said that the electoral campaign is carried out in social networks worldwide.
"This campaign significantly differs from the previous electoral campaign because the whole world uses social networks," he said. "I believe that the pre-election process is being conducted in Azerbaijan well."
