The meeting of the representatives of the Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will take place on 5 October 2005 in Strasbourg, the press service of the Party of Democratic Reforms (PDR) of Azerbaijan told Trend.
The meeting will be held with the involvement of the Karabakh subcommittee head, lord Russel Johnston. At the meeting, at which the Azerbaijani side will be represented by the head of the Azerbaijan’s delegation to PACE Samed Seyidov and a member of the delegation, the PDR chairman Asim Mollazade, the issues of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement will be discussed.
It should be noted, on 4 October the issues of cooperation between the delegations of Azerbaijan and Latvia in PACE and between the Parliaments of these countries were discussed in Strasbourg. The sides signed the document on cooperation.
