Experts of the consulting company PA Government Service Inc., a member of PA Consulting Group, which is in charge of holding exit-polls during the parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan in November arrived in Baku on Wednesday, the Baku Office of the company told Trend.
The working group includes experts of the company, David Khaufman and Robert Braungardinner At present experts are holding meetings with the representatives of the USAID.
USAID signed a contract with PA Government Services on organization of exit-poll.
PA Government Services will carry out training of local personnel, create computer and calculation database enabling to hold exit-poll in the country.
PA Government Services is a world prominent consulting company, which is involved in the implementation of a great deal of projects in Africa, Caucasus, Afghanistan and Middle Asia.
Arrangement of exit-polls is part of the U.S. support to the development of civil society, democracy, free and fair elections in Azerbaijan.
