“The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is not going to appeal to the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine on the extradition of Ex-Speaker Rasul Guliyev, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), who has been recently detained in Simferopol, Ukraine,” Tahir Tagizade, the head of the Press and Information Policy Department of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Trend.
