The CIS observation mission conducts active monitoring of the pre-election situation in Azerbaijan through the headquarters’ four central branches, the head of the observation mission headquarters Evgeny Sloboda told Trend during the talk.
According to him, inflow of information from the centres in Gyanja, Nakhchevan, Hachmaz and Lyankaran is performed around the clock.
В"Observers from CIS will perform their functions in all areas and towns, covering 125 constituencies, Sloboda noted, saying, representatives from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgiziya, Russia, Tadjikistan, Uzbekistan and etc, confirmed their participation.
In conclusion Sloboda said, the results of the observations will be announced on 7 November at the news conference in Baku.
